Pastel allows me to bring forth all the beautiful details that nature has to share with us: in landscapes, graceful yet powerful movement of athletes or infinite characters of animals and children.
I love the feeling of being so close to the canvas with the pastel and being able to add a personal touch with my fingers.

As a chiropractor/massage therapist, and triathlete I have a great understanding of the human form and function that is translated in my paintings.
Wild animals are a fascination to most people due to the strength, grace and energy that we all wish to possess in ourselves. Many wild animal's very existence is being threatened by humans. I donate a percentage to causes that help protect them with the sales of these paintings.
Not only do I like to stop and smell the roses, I like to stop and paint them and all the other flora as well.
